I take time to understand your most valuable buyer persona through user interviews and/or spending time with your sales and customer service teams.

Goal Setting & Analytics Set Up

In partnership with your sales team, I will review revenue goals and work backwards to build a funnel metrics dashboard so there is transparency on success metrics.

Campaign Launch

In collaboration with your team and within a set budget, I will put together a go to market plan utilizing a variety of marketing channels designed to generate qualified leads for your product or service.   

Lead Development

From building drip emails and LinkedIn ads or organizing prospect events, I will build out ongoing campaigns to keep your brand top of mind for leads.

Data Analysis

Once campaigns are active, I will monitor performance monthly and quarterly to determine what optimizations can be made to narrow gaps in the funnel. 

Budget Management

With your campaign budget, I will manage vendors and use your budget in the most efficient and effective way and will provide ROI for your campaigns.
